This painting was born in 2021, when I was going through a very dark phase in my life. Things were not making sense for me professionally. I felt completely alone, and I just wanted to give up. Going on for another day meant living with a heavy burden and pushing myself to do what others wanted.  I love this painting and the message it brought for me during this phase. It brings to light my loneliness and the freedom I felt when I painted every night after work. It reminds me that I can feel my feelings, and still fly high and wide. It reminds me that there is a hidden warrior in all of us, and it's good to be reminded of the power this side of you holds during difficult times.

I have been in love with Shivangi's watercolour paintings. They are so vibrant and serene to look at. She had her last print left of “Breathing in Seasons” and I knew I had to have it. Not only is the print of great quality but also looking at it makes me want to walk in the misty morning of a forest. It’s one of the precious pieces I own for sure and looks perfect with a white frame.
