A mandala signifies the transformation of a universe of suffering into one of joy.

 

It symbolises one's spiritual journey, starting from the outside to the inner core.

Perceived as a spiritual guiding tool, for focused attention and creating a sacred space,

painting them feels like becoming whole with myself.

​

I experience a deep calmness during their creation process.

They hold a special place in my heart, and in my practice,

as it was the first thing I painted when I decided to take my art seriously.

Over the years, birthing them has brought healing and repaired my deep emotional wounds.

My rooh feels lighter and freer with each mandala that is born from my inner landscape

and flies out into the world.
